By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

    We provide professional tax consultancy, ITR filing, and related compliance services for individuals and businesses.

  2. User Responsibility:
    You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  3. Payment Terms:
    All payments must be made in advance through Razorpay or other approved payment methods. Invoice will be generated upon confirmation.

  4. Service Delivery:
    Upon successful payment and submission of required documents, services will be processed within the committed timeline. Any delay due to client-side documentation will extend the delivery period.

  5. Communication:
    Official communication regarding service status, follow-ups, and delivery will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  6. Data Privacy:
    Your personal and financial information is confidential and used only for processing your service. We do not share or sell your data to any third party.

  7. Governing Law:
    These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund Policy

At KSMD Associates, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of professional services, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

✅ Refund Conditions:

  1. If a payment was made by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment).

  2. If the client cancels the service request before submitting required documents.

  3. If KSMD Associates is unable to start or deliver the service due to internal constraints.

❌ No Refund Will Be Provided:

  • Once services have been initiated (documents submitted).

  • If the delay is due to incomplete/incorrect client information or non-response.

  • After work has been completed and delivered (e.g., ITR filed, forms submitted).

⏳ Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation.

  • Refund will be credited to the original source account (Razorpay or bank).
